We opened Sukhothai Restaurant because I wanted to share the amazing flavors of Thailand with our community. Growing up, food was always at the heart of my family’s gatherings. Every dish told a story, every bite carried tradition. When we moved to Beacon, NY, I knew I wanted to bring that same experience here.

At Sukhothai, we serve classic Thai dishes made just like they are in Thailand. Our Pad Thai is stir-fried to perfection, our Som Tam (papaya salad) is fresh and zesty, and our Panang and Masaman curries are rich with bold, aromatic spices. We use traditional ingredients to make sure every bite tastes like home.
